Overall it was a very good shoe as long as it wasn't super wet. (This was not a goretex or waterproof version.) It worked well on a variety of teepads and was comfortable. I removed the insole to put in my custom orthotic. Ultimately the side blew out after about a year and a half, but I felt I got my money's worth, having purchased them on sale. I liked them enough that I purchased the TR16 version as a replacement.
